Why We Require This Information

At ShoutsMap, we are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of our platform. To ensure that every business listed is a legitimate Singapore-based store with a physical location open to customers during business hours, we require certain verification details and documents during the application process.

We may request the following:

• Your BizFile with ACRA
• Your official company name
• Your company address
• A link to your Google My Business
• A brief description of your business
• A profile picture in the dimensions a x b (max. 5MB)
• Optional: A team picture in the dimensions a x b (max. 5MB). (Please ensure all individuals depicted have explicitly consented to being featured online.)
• A link to your website
• Any additional proof or certifications of your business

While non-public information such as your BizFile and certifications will only be used for verification purposes and deleted from our servers once the process is complete, other items (e.g., pictures, business descriptions, and contact details) will be made publicly available on our platform to help customers connect with your store.
