1.2. By registering for a business account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.

2. Business Account Registration

2.1. Businesses must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration, including:

• Business registration details.
• Proof of a physical presence in Singapore.
• Current contact and billing information.
  2.2. Businesses are responsible for ensuring their account information is updated.
  2.3. The Company reserves the right to reject applications or terminate accounts if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. Businesses agree to pay fees as outlined during registration or on the Platform.
3.2. Payments must be made using the methods specified by the Company.
3.3. Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
3.4. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1. Businesses retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a non-exclusive license to:

• Display, promote, and distribute the content on the Platform.
• Use the business name and logo in ShoutsMap�s marketing materials.
  4.2. Businesses are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
  4.3. The Company reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these T&Cs.

5. Prohibited Businesses and Activities

5.1. The following businesses and activities are prohibited on ShoutsMap:

• Gambling and betting.
• Adult entertainment.
• Weapons or arms trade.
• Activities promoting hate speech, illegal substances, or unethical practices.
  5.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these prohibitions.

6. Platform Integrity and Liability

6.1. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or legality of business content.
• Losses resulting from interruptions or misuse of the Platform.
• The actions of other users or businesses.
  6.3. The Company does not actively monitor or filter business pages but reserves the right to intervene when necessary.

7. Data Collection and Usage

7.1. The Company may collect and use non-personally identifiable data to improve services and marketing.
7.2. Businesses are required to comply with applicable data protection laws when handling customer data collected via the Platform.

8. Termination

8.1. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these T&Cs or non-payment.
8.2. Businesses may terminate their accounts within the app or by providing written notice to support@shoutsmap.com.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration under Singapore law.
