Welcome to ShoutsMap, a platform operated by Spaceive International PTE. LTD. ("Company"), accessible at www.shoutsmap.com. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").

5.2. You represent and warrant that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or legality.

6.2. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7.2. The Company is not liable for:

• Interruptions, errors, or security issues affecting the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts.
• Content uploaded by users or third parties.
